As per PCATP Ordinance 1983, the firm provides services of carrying out different types of surveys, drafting of feasibility report, conceptual proposals, scheme designing at different levels, detail designing of housing schemes, industrial estates and Action Area Plans. The firm holds expertise in designing of infrastructure services, demarcation, preparation of BoQs, Tender actions and works awards, project supervision and completion.
In field of Environmental Management, services for SEA, ESIA, IEE, EMMP Studies, Environmental Audit, Environmental Monitoring, Occupational Health, Safety & Environment, Ecological & Carbon Footprint, Clean Development Mechanism and Gold Standards for Global Goals are provided.
Bankable Feasibility studies of developmental projects including feasibilities under Public Private Partnership (PPP) are prepared. Economic analysis and cost benefit analysis are also conducted. Financial and Business models are developed. socio-economic and gender studies have also been carried out.
The firm has not only established its own projects in field of Development but also provides service of EPC and owner’s engineer.
